Make sure

1. Request repairs have been completed. Get copies any bills that have been and applicable warranties.
   
2. Are any special included items such as chandeliers, drapes, etc still there?
   
3. Where are the screens or storm windows are they on the windows or are they stored somewhere?
   
4. Do the appliances all work?
   
5. Does the doorbell, the intercom or burglar alarm work?
   
6. Is he Hot Water heater working?
   
7. HVAC is working.
   
8. Are all the shrubs, all the plants still in place in the yard?
   
9. Are the remotes for the garage door left inside the house?
   
10. Ask for any warranties for appliances or fixtures. Manuals are nice but you you might have to try to down load them from the web.
    
11. Has the trash and all the seller's possessions been removed?
