Is Your Home High Tech?
Is the latest technology and entertainment options important to you?
- How many jacks are there in every room for cable TV as well as for high speed Internet connections?

- How many telephone jacks or extensions are there in the rooms?
- Is the house pre wired for a home theater or for a room for audio and video?
- Does the house have a router (local area network) for connecting computers?
- Does the home already have wiring for DSL or other high-speed Internet connection?
- Does the house have multiple zones for heat and cooling controls with thermostats that are programmable ? This can save you money.
- Does the home have multi-room controls for lights, window covering controls, or other special automation features for the house?
- Is the house wired with multi-purpose in-wall wiring that permits reconfiguration to update and enhance services for changes in technology?
Many of these f eatures will not be available in older homes. You may wish to have an electrician inspect the home to determine the cost of upgrades for computers and other electronic equipment.
