Five Common Mistakes You Don't Want to Make as a First-Time Home Buyer
Buyers do not ask enough questions of their lender so they don't get the best deal. (Call or email me for a brochure explaining Mortgage terms)
They do not act fast enough to make a decision. Then another buyer buys the home. This is especially true in the current market on REO (Bank owned) properties.
They do not find a good real estate professional one who is able to help you in the process of buying a home.
They do not make the offer look good enough to a seller. Include a pre-approval letter, proof of your downpayment funds.
They don’t think about resale prior to buying. The average stay in a house for a first time buyer is only 4 years.
