1. Set the price right at the beginning. Set your price at the bottom of the range your Realtor gives you.
2. Have your home ready for the market at least 2 weeks prior to the first showing date.
3. Make it easy for your house to get shown. Last minute showings are disruptive, but if you are ready for your home to be shown at a moments notice - your home will get shown more often. This increases your chances of selling faster.
4. Be ready for any offer. Decide ahead ot time what terms and price are acceptable to you.
5. Adjust the price if needed. If you don't have an offer within thirty days, get ready to drop the price.
