The Village is about 12 miles from Highway 1 or the mouth of the valley. It is considered by most to be the sunniest spot in the area! The Village and the surrounding area are becoming known for great tasting wines. You can visit some of the wine tasting shops and decide for yourself!
You don’t have to go to Carmel or Monterey in order to have great tasting food. There are many popular restaurants in Carmel Valley Village. A popular local hang out is the Running Iron.
One of many reasons people love living in or around the Village is because of the popular schools. Older students will attend Carmel Valley High.
