Pacific Grove Homes for Sale

Pacific Grove is known as “The Butterfly Town” or the “Last Home Town”.  It’s at the furthest point of the Monterey Peninsula. It’s been called the Butterfly town for the Monarch Butterflies that winter here. There is a special butterfly preserve.

Drive along Ocean View Blvd to see an incredible stretch of coastline. Also scattered through out the town are beautiful Victorian homes. If you see a little green plaque by the door, then that means it’s a registered Victorian home. It will have the year built and the original owners name on it.  There are several large Victorian Homes that have been turned into Bed and Breakfast establishments such as the Seven Gables and the Centrella.

Pacific Grove is popular for it’s small town atmosphere and it’s school system.

There are a number of very popular neighborhoods.
