Las Palmas Ranch
located in the Salinas Monterey Highway 68 Corridor.
There are two phases in Las Palmas Ranch Neighborhood – Phase I and Phase II. Phase II is located down the road a little further. In some areas there may be two associations – a master association and an association for homes in a specific neighborhood.
Phase 1 has 329 single family homes. Las Palmas Ranch 2 is the newer section. Houses are stucco with red tile roofs. Both Communities have a pool, basketball courts and schools.
Las Palmas Ranch is located on 16,000 acres and 800 acres are left natural.
